About every audio application has such an option and the desktop control panel is only for those few that do not.
Check the ‘Always Resample Log in or Sign asip4all. The sample rate is always grayed out if the control panel is launched from the desktop, this is per design.

I wasn’t thinking that this may become a FAQ but here we go: They are installed and working fine. Chances are you never worked with ASIO aslo4all. It sucks, but I’ll live with it. A model-specific issue maybe?
I then stripped all audio drivers, A4all, etc. The Platinum Pro is the one with the kxx drive. I can choose either one in the Kx Mixer.
Will it work on my system with an XXX audio card and what kind of latency figures can I expect? Does the X-Fi give off 1ms like it says or not?
