G74SX Keyboard backlight disabled
I’m posting this to help the community. Does yours at least light up during the period right after powering on? So, has anyone else with a G74SX run into this problem?

Have you altered anything in your configuration since the RMA? I wasn’t watching it too closely. I love this laptop. I sent it in and when I got it back all my problems were fixed.

Make sure you fold the most wide cable, so it doesn’t touch any metal. Thinking this was a hardware failure the keyboards were swapped out for known working ones but the problem remained. So the problem appeared exactly after bios fixture was made in service center I would greatly appreciate if you send me the bbacklit with working backlight. This leads me to believe that the problem is at the BIOS keygoard. Brody and fostert are here. Long story short, one of the many issues I ran into was that the keyboard backlight didn’t flash upon post.
